We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Lead (Trajectory) who will help build our flexibility business from the ground up. You’ll identify and win high-value opportunities, shape our go-to-market, and—within 12-24 months—grow into the leader who owns and scales the entire business development function. If you have a consulting background and a passion for the energy transition, this is for you.
What you’ll do
Own pipeline & revenue: Source, qualify, and close opportunities with data centers, asset owners, and energy partners.
Create strategic partnerships: Develop relationships with TSOs, BRPs/BSPs, OEMs, and others.
Shape the offer: Translate customer needs into requirements for product, operations, and markets
Make it repeatable: Stand up CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal reviews; create case studies.
Scale the function: Lay the groundwork to hire, onboard, and lead a BD team within 12–24 months.
